Frequently Asked Questions

We are based in Richmond, Virginia and install balloons all over the area.

We have installed or delivered in RVA and surrounding counties: Chesterfield, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Caroline, Louisa, New Kent, Powhatan. From Ashland to Midlothian, Mechanicsville to Short Pump to Highland Springs we have you covered. We travel I-64 Charlottesville to Williamsburg, and I-95 Fredericksburg to Petersburg, so contact us to ask about your specific location.

Of course you can! But we have invested in the equipment and training to make your décor the best it can be. We use the top of the line quality balloons which makes a big difference in the look and feel of the balloons. We also are passionate about making sure the dead balloons don’t harm any animals which is why we compost and recycle them. Delivery fees will vary depending on distance, size of job, etc. We do NOT charge a separate setup or strike fee. Since we recycle all of our ‘dead’ balloons, we will always return to dismantle and remove the balloon décor from your event. If you want to keep the décor and supplies, we can arrange that at time of booking.

As soon as you have an event scheduled, it’s best to get your balloon décor on the books. If the event is more than 3 weeks away, we will collect a 50% retainer; if it’s less than 3 weeks, we will collect 85%. These retainers are non-refundable and applied to your invoice total. Rest assured we will have consulted before you give any money! The outstanding balance will be due 5 days before the event. We may collect a refundable deposit for specialty equipment that will be returned after the conclusion of the event and our folks retrieve these items.

Cash, check, credit card and some payment apps

We get it. Sometimes things change. You can cancel up to 7 days before the event and won’t owe anything more. But remember, the monies you put down at time of booking are non-refundable.

Bad weather and balloons aren’t good friends. If your event is outdoors and turns out to be a windy, rainy or hot day, your balloons may suffer the consequences of Mother Nature. She is in control outdoors; we are not. Thus we cannot guarantee the balloons will survive. But we do know that Mother Nature must prefer lighter colors because she is not as brutal on them. We will do our best to have the most impactful décor possible!
