Recycle, reuse & compost

so they don’t end up doing harm

LATEX IS A NATURAL PRODUCT, BUT...

Yes, latex balloons are made from rubber trees and should be biodegradable. But waiting for the balloon to degrade on its own can take some time. We are always looking for the latest ways to help mother nature along. Composting speeds up the process but only compost something that is 100% latex with no additives!

KEEPING BALLOONS OUT OF THE PAWS, BEAKS AND BELLIES OF ANIMALS

Notice our tag line? Big Impact on Your Event Small Impact on the Environment We mean it. Balloons can do harm to the other inhabitants of the earth if not disposed of properly and we do not want to be a part of that.

No BALLOON RELEASES

Speaking of a cost to the environment, Impact Party Balloons will never participate in or supply balloons that are simply let go outside to fly away. You should not either! Balloons are a fun and festive addition to a celebration, but please practice safe ballooning.

IMPACT PARTY BALLOONS BELIEVES IN RECYCLING

Did you know you can send your dead balloons to a specialty recycling center? This can be costly but if it's important to you to have your balloons recycled, please let us know. We are continuously looking for innovative ways to keep our balloons out of the environment!

WE WANT YOU SAFE TOO

If you have a latex allergy, foil balloons may be a safer alternative to the latex balloons. We have both.

GET THE FACTS

The Balloon Facts, that is. There are groups who try to invoke fear and shame with misinformation. The balloon industry is not the reason for helium shortage. Balloons actually use the "waste" or by-product helium from the big consumers of high quality helium, like medical & semiconductor manufacturing.
~Check out BalloonFacts.org for the truth ~
PS. Speaking of helium-- did you know sucking in helium to make your voice sound funny could actually kill you? Helium molecules can essentially choke out the oxygen molecules in your blood.
